"The hotel is not bad for the price, unlimited bottles of drinking water you can have in the lobby. They provide a kitchen for you to cook your own food.
The location may be the hotel a bit new, many taxis don't know the exact place.
For my room, the housekeeping left a bottle of cleaning detergent and a cleaning cloth on my bedside table when I enter the room for dinner, ha...ha...a little minors point.

"The Rooms and the hotel are very very clean and everything looks newand stylish. The shower, sink, all fittings and even the remote control for the toilet shower is from villeroy und boch. It was an small room but with an big double bed and a big TV. No noise from the streets. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"second time staying here. Love the location as downstairs is seven 11 already & walk to the morning market is pretty nearby. A lot of good food (must try the fried chicken outside d7 eleven @ night, it’s supper good and only 25B)
Solo traveller is a great location as there’s a security guard outside the hotel , super nice and friendly. But always be cautious at night as this road is on a quieter side.
Overall 10/10 experience here. Do note on the sound as closing and opening door, convo outside the room, road noises can be heard as it’s not sound proof. But other than that, love this hotel and would recommend."

NNatassha JulianOverall it was a pleasant experience staying at the courtyard. The staff were accommodating and hospitable, room is spacious and clean. Concierge service was excellent when assisting in restaurant reservations and was able to advise on commuting options.

HHazem MaraqaEverything was amazing – super clean, great service, and very comfortable. The location is perfect if you need to be close to BKK airport, and they even have a shuttle bus to the airport which made everything so easy. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

Turun di stesen dan berjalan selama 3 minit sahaja. Bilik di tingkat 28 mempunyai bilik mandi yang sangat bersih. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, cantik. Katilnya bersih dan selesa. tiada bunyi bising Tidur lena sehingga pagi. Hotel ini mempunyai sarapan di tingkat 8 Bagi makanan, terdapat kolam renang yang panjang secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus.

Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. SScott Chung NaiLocation is tucked away from busy places. Quieter and easier to book grab. 7-11 Is right beside the hotel. Nearest BTS is about 10-15mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is indeed has aged and in dire need of maintenance makeover. Air conditioning was good and solid and not noisy. Cleanliness really depends on your luck of getting which room. Was so glad my room was clean and decent and no cockroach in sight (from the reviews I read earlier). If you purchase breakfast on the spot, it will cost 200 baht per pax. Quite decent breakfast with variety selection of pasta, instant fried noodles, pad thai, porridge, fried rice, vegies, various meat selection, pan cakes, french toast, various kind of bread, sunny side up egg or freshly cooked omelette, fruits and salad, breakfast cereals, and lastly juices, coffee and tea. Overall summary of my stay would be, worth the $$ I paid for in exchange for a comfortable experience. Ask if I would come back and stay here, yes I would.
